This is our hospital cat Tipsy. She was brought to us by animal control when she was just a baby. We knew then that she had brain damage, and would need constant care. We all fell in love with her, and decided to keep her as a house cat. She spends her days getting scratches, greeting patients, begging for treats and lounging in her bed.
